Obsidian SLIDE Leather Fidget Toy

The SLIDE is our signature, handcrafted leather fidget toy designed for silent, satisfying play. Made from two layers of durable leather with a free-rolling steel ball inside, it offers a grounding and tactile experience without making a sound. The more you use your SLIDE, the smoother the ball glides—breaking in like your favorite pair of leather boots. Over time, each one develops a unique patina from the oils on your hands, becoming more personal with every use.

This Obsidian SLIDE is made of 2 oz vegetable-tanned leather with black water-based dye and neon green nylon thread, sewn in a whip stitch for maximum longevity. Each toy is individually finished by hand, making every piece slightly unique. 

Sensory details:

• Smell - It smells of leather. Each piece is cut by hand (as opposed to laser cut), so unlike other leather toys on the market, there is no burnt-leather smell. 
• Sight - The leather is black on the outside and the thread is lime green. 
• Touch - The leather is cool to the touch but warms up as you play with it. The steel ball is hard inside and even if the leather starts fairly stiff, the more you play with it, the softer it will become. 
• Sound - Virtually silent, the only sound you might hear is the creaking of the leather as you bend the toy side to side as it breaks in. 
• Taste - We do not recommend putting the SLIDE in your mouth, but for your peace of mind it is made from all-natural materials and the dye / sealant are both nontoxic.
